“
Put a bunch of plants and animals into a blender and what you end up with is raw biomass. To properly use the stuff, just reverse the process, turning the amorphous pile of permeable goo into the building blocks of life. Note that both of these activities are very messy without the proper equipment and training.

Gathering[edit | edit source]
Biomass is a very common resource and can be found in almost all biomes. It is gathered using a Laser Pick
It also has a chance to drop when most creatures in the proto-life biome are killed.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
It's appearance does not change depending the biome it is located in. However the changing colors of the surrounding terrain might make it harder to spot.
