Various creatures inhabit the world of Edge of Space. Both passive and hostile creatures, once killed may drop resources that can be used for crafting.
There are four different categories creatures can fall into (Docile, Predator, Prey, and Parasite), although not all creatures will fall into one of those categories.

Hunter Droids[ | ]
- Hunter Seeker - Droids that attack using smaller Beetle Droids.
- Beetle Droid - Interceptor droids used by the Hunter Seekers to attack.
- Hunter Decimator - Droids that attack with a barrage of missiles that cause damage in a small area.

- Laser Shark - were found in worm hole locations. They roam around destroying the tiles in their path.
