Refining turns one material into another, like Aluminum into Refined Aluminum.
In order to refine materials, you need to build a refinery. In order for your refinery to work, you must place it in a building with the Command Center, outside walls and background walls. To build background walls, press tab with your block material selected. They must be within a certain distance of the Command Center.
